3. Digital Products and Resources
All resources purchased from The Powerful Play Teachers are digital products and are provided electronically.
Once payment has been completed, access to digital products will be provided through your account or via the method stated at checkout.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot usually be provided once a resource has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
4. Membership Services
4.1 Membership Access
Our membership services provide access to a range of digital resources, training materials, guides and other member-only content.
The content included within each membership will be clearly described on our website at the time of purchase.
Membership access is provided according to the plan purchased and is intended for the individual, class, setting or school specified at the time of purchase.
Membership access, login details and resources must not be shared beyond the agreed membership access level.
4.2 Membership Terms and Commitment
Memberships are provided on a 12-month commitment basis.
Monthly memberships are a payment plan that allows you to spread the cost of your 12-month membership commitment into 12 equal monthly payments. Monthly payments do not represent a month-to-month membership.
By purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to the full 12-month commitment and agree that payments will continue for the duration of this term.
Annual memberships provide 12 months of access paid upfront.
4.3 Membership Payments
Membership payments are processed using the payment method selected at checkout.
For monthly memberships, payments will be collected each month for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For annual memberships, payment is collected upfront for 12 months of membership access.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again. If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to suspend access to membership content until payment has been received.
4.4 Membership Renewal
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, memberships will automatically renew for a further membership period.
Monthly memberships renew in rolling 12-month periods after the initial 12-month commitment.
Annual memberships renew yearly for a further 12-month period.
You can cancel your automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date through your account area or by contacting us.
Cancelling automatic renewal will prevent future renewal payments but will not cancel your current membership term or remove any remaining payment obligations within your current commitment period.
4.5 Cancelling a Membership
Memberships cannot be cancelled part way through an agreed 12-month commitment period.
If you choose not to continue using your membership during your current commitment period, payments will still remain due for the remainder of that period.
Once your commitment period has been completed, you may cancel your membership renewal to prevent future charges.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Digital resources that have already been accessed or downloaded
- Membership payments already made
- Remaining payments due within a membership commitment period
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our discretion or where required by applicable consumer law.
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to help.
6. Intellectual Property
All resources, images, videos, training materials, documents and other content provided by The Powerful Play Teachers remain our intellectual property.
Purchasing a resource or membership gives you permission to use the materials for your own educational setting or personal professional use only.
You must not:
- Share your account login details
- Upload our resources to public websites or shared drives
- Sell, distribute or reproduce our resources
- Use our content to create competing resources or products
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account details and login information secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, please contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts where we believe our Terms and Conditions have been breached.
