3. Digital Products and Resources
All resources purchased from The Powerful Play Teachers are digital products and are provided electronically.
Once payment has been completed, access to digital products will be provided through your account or via the method stated at checkout.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot usually be provided once a resource has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
4. Membership Services
4.1 Membership Access
Our membership services provide access to a range of digital resources, training materials, guides and other member-only content.
The content available within each membership will be clearly described on our website at the time of purchase.
Membership access is for the individual, class, setting or school specified at the time of purchase and must not be shared with anyone outside of the agreed membership access level.
4.2 Membership Commitment
All memberships are provided on a 12-month membership term.
Where a monthly payment option is selected, this does not represent a month-to-month subscription. Instead, it is a payment plan that allows you to spread the cost of your 12-month membership commitment into 12 monthly payments.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to the full 12-month membership commitment and agree that payments will continue for the duration of this term.
4.3 Membership Payments
Membership payments are processed using the payment method selected at checkout.
For monthly payment plans, payments will be collected each month for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again. If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to suspend access to membership content until payment has been received.
4.4 Membership Renewal
At the end of your 12-month membership term, your membership may automatically renew for a further 12-month period unless automatic renewal is cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date through your account area or by contacting us.
Cancelling automatic renewal will stop future renewal payments but will not cancel your current membership term or remove your responsibility to complete any remaining payments within your current 12-month commitment.
4.5 Cancelling a Membership
As memberships are based on a 12-month commitment, memberships cannot be cancelled part way through the agreed membership term.
If you choose not to continue using your membership during the 12-month period, payments will still remain due for the remainder of your membership term.
You may cancel your automatic renewal to prevent your membership renewing for a further term.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Digital resources that have already been accessed or downloaded
- Membership payments already made
- Remaining payments due within a 12-month membership commitment
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our discretion or where required by applicable consumer law.
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to help.
6. Intellectual Property
All resources, images, videos, training materials, documents and other content provided by The Powerful Play Teachers remain our intellectual property.
Purchasing a resource or membership gives you permission to use the materials for your own educational setting or personal professional use only.
You must not:
- Share your account login details
- Upload our resources to public websites or shared drives
- Sell, distribute or reproduce our resources
- Use our content to create competing resources or products
